By using the Sync app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sync is a social game that lets friends answer the same questions, predict each other's answers, and compare results. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve.
You must meet the minimum legal age in your country (at least 13). You are responsible for activity on your account and the information you provide. You can delete your account anytime from the app.
You agree not to: harass or harm others; upload illegal, hateful or pornographic content (including as a profile photo); impersonate others; bypass security or disrupt the service; use the App for unlawful purposes.
You keep your rights in the content you post (profile photo, answers). You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Sync is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is intended for entertainment.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
